Random Highlights

Apparently I never posted this....and it is not really finished but..... here is a partial blog I started awhile ago and never finished! I promise a better blog will follow - but I will at least put this half one out there....

So I have been a terrible blogger lately - and everytime I have something to blog about I decide it will take too long to do...So anyway...Thought I would give a few randome highlights of my life in the last few months...so here goes

Moved to Phoenix in July....FULL entertainment ....staying at my Dads while he is in Colorado...

I live down the street from Chris, Heather, and Madi (Best part of being here!)

Went to Utah...to see April and Michelle - SO much fun!!

Started temping for work - Now that is an adventure...

First Dr. I tempted for apparently wasn't into that whole professional Doctor attire...he wore sandals, sweatpants, and a half way unbuttoned shirt - GOO!!

The Second Dr. I temped for...well...lets see...had rings on every finger, a watch with more bling on it than who knows what, and he had more product in his hair than I put in mine in a week.....and lets just say his assistant was introduced to me as the Doctor's lover...and he would be of the male gender... HIGHLY ENTERTAINING....

Its a freaky world out there!

I NEVER knew how much I would miss good ol Mesa...and the "normal" dentists that have practices there

Also discovered I HATE Phoenix Walmarts....at least the one on Thomas! I VOW TO NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

I Can't lie....I am smitten!!
I just can't deal with this guy! He has been the highlight of my days for the last week! And last night just topped it off! So this post is dedicated to him - How do you describe this guy? He is a killer swimmer, he's humble, his body is easy on the eyes, and he is cute about his Mom, I even like his crazy teeth! i just love him! This post is also a shout out for Arlene and Tonja....we went to dinner last night and they were giving me a hard time for not posting on my blog....so this one is for you girls too! They both became fully aware of my obsession on Sat. night when we watched his last race at their house...We had a great time at dinner and watching my boyfriend get his 8th gold! So I realize this is a random update....(I promise I will give an overview update soon!) But Arlene and Tonja this is for you....and yes you guys can both be bridesmaids at our wedding....(no worries it will be after our Seaside trip...and the primary program!)

I am Thankful for life!

I have not updated in a bit.....(sorry Kat - I said I am sorry!) And there will be more exciting updates hopefully soon...But as for right now....today...Just want to say I am incredibly grateful for my life and the happiness I enjoy daily.....I have SO much to be grateful for and I think many times I take life for granted....Life is good - I am happy to be alive and have the life I have going for myself.....I have an incredible family that I love dearly....I have amazing friends........Words can't describe my deep appreciation for my knowledge of the church and the happiness and peace it brings me....without these three things life would mean nothing....I am thankful for life!

The fun did not stop!!

So birthday fun did not stop on the 29th! On Friday - I went to Nordstrom....and officially got a coach bag - The best part I did not have to pay for it!! Now here is a little background on that.....over the past 2 years I have gotten several Nordstrom giftcards for birhtdays and christmas (thank you Zandt fam) And I ALMOST had enough for a Coach bag....So for my bday Michelle "made me" go pick it out and she paid the difference!! And I love it!! I would NEVER think of paying that kind of money for a purse - but giftcards - Im ALL about it!

Then on Saturday I went to the Keith Urban and Kenny Chesney Concert! Katie and Cody got me tickets for my bday - and it was so freakin cool!! And there is a great story to go along with this too! We had upper level tickets...so we went to find our seats and we asked this guy where our seats were and he said he would make us a deal....if we gave him our tickets in seciton 400 he would trade us for 3 tickets in section 100 - we thought there was a catch....Turns out there wasn't he just gave us the much better tickets! We were pretty pleased! But it got better! Cody wanted to try to get on the floor...me and Katie were thinking there was NO way the security dudes would just let us down as we did not floor wrist bands.........Well Cody starts talking to security and the next thing I know we are down on the floor! Way to go Cody!! It was so cool! The concert was awesome and we ended up with great seats! Keith and Kenny both put on great shows! It was a perfect ending to my birthday celebration!! Thank you again Katie and Cody!

29 on the 29th!!

So they say it was my golden birthday....and I think I agree.....lets hope for a golden year! My b-day was a great day from beginnning to end! I could not be happier with the day! My dad took me to breakfast at the Royal Palms (this is my favorite breakfast place - Mediteranean Benedict is KILLER!!) After that I went with Michelle and Katie to get a pedicure. The lady who owns the place found out it was my birthday and went and bought all 3 of us cold stone! SO sweet of her! Then for lunch some of the my fav girls from hygiene school took me to lunch - it was so fun to go and catch up (it's weird not seeing them daily!) That night my family and some friends all met at Rigatony's for dinner - it was so much fun to go with everyone - I loved it and...I got a brand new camera!! It is awesome! Thank you Family! And Katie and Cody got me tickets to the Keith Urban and Kenny Chesney concert! After dinner me and some friends went to Michelles house for cupcakes and pie ( this got a tad random with who showed up - LONG story!) But we had the funnest times - I do not think I have ever laughed to hard for so long! It was an awesome day!Thank you everyone for you phone calls, texts, cards, gifts, lunch, flowers, and a great day!

I DID IT!!

It is official! I am done with Hygiene School! I still have a hard time believing it is all over! In some ways that was a super long time and in some ways I feel like I just started yesterday! It's Crazy! I loved it though - even though it was pretty frekin hard! Im pretty sure someday I will miss it - I'm a dork like that! It is a strange feeling when you go to school with the same 15 girls everyday (and night!) for 2 years and then its just done. I already feel like something is wrong because I have not seen them! I have to wait 4 weeks to get my license and then I will be cleaning teeth for a paycheck! YAY! Can not wait!
